Message from the Chairman

The transition to clean energy is one of the defining opportunities of our time. It is about more than generating electricity from renewable sources—it is about creating a future where economic progress, energy security and environmental responsibility move forward together.

At EcoNexus Energy Solutions Ltd., this belief is at the heart of our journey.

We established EcoNexus with a clear purpose: to contribute meaningfully to the transition toward a cleaner, more resilient and sustainable energy future. Our ambition is to connect opportunity, technology, expertise and capital to develop energy solutions that create lasting value for businesses, investors, communities and the environment.

Bangladesh is progressing rapidly, and its future growth will require reliable, affordable and increasingly sustainable energy. I believe renewable energy, energy storage and emerging clean technologies can play an important role in meeting this challenge. At the same time, achieving meaningful progress will require collaboration among government, private enterprise, financial institutions, technology providers, investors and communities.

This is where EcoNexus seeks to make a difference.

Our vision extends beyond individual projects. We aspire to build an organization recognized for integrity, responsibility, innovation, partnership and excellence. We want every project and relationship we undertake to reflect our commitment to responsible development and long-term value creation.

Sustainability, to us, is not simply a business sector or a corporate statement. It is a responsibility to consider how the decisions we make today will influence the world we leave for future generations.

As Chairman, I am committed to supporting EcoNexus in building strong foundations, embracing innovation and developing meaningful partnerships—both locally and internationally. Above all, I want EcoNexus to grow as an organization that earns trust through its values, its relationships and its contribution to society.

The path toward Net Zero will be a collective journey. With shared vision, responsible investment and purposeful collaboration, I believe we can turn today’s energy challenges into opportunities for sustainable growth and a better tomorrow.

Message from the Managing Director

The world is entering a defining era in energy. The transition toward cleaner, smarter and more resilient energy systems is no longer simply an environmental aspiration—it is an economic, technological and strategic imperative. For Bangladesh and other emerging economies, this transformation presents an extraordinary opportunity to strengthen energy security, attract investment, embrace innovation and build a more sustainable future.

At EcoNexus Energy Solutions Ltd., we intend to be an active part of this transformation.

Our vision is to build EcoNexus as a trusted and forward-looking renewable energy platform that connects opportunity, technology, expertise and capital to create sustainable energy assets with lasting value. We believe successful energy projects require much more than technology. They demand sound development, appropriate engineering, financial viability, disciplined execution and, above all, strong partnerships.

This philosophy defines how we operate.

Our capabilities extend across the renewable-energy project lifecycle—from opportunity identification and project development to EPC, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Owner’s Engineering and technical advisory, fund arrangement and project implementation. We are particularly focused on utility-scale and commercial solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), solar-plus-storage, microgrids, off-grid solutions and emerging clean-energy technologies.

Our ambition is not simply to develop more projects; it is to develop the right projects—technically robust, commercially bankable, operationally reliable and environmentally responsible. We approach every opportunity with a clear understanding that technology and investment must ultimately translate into measurable performance and long-term value.

Partnership will remain central to our growth. EcoNexus seeks to connect Bangladesh’s renewable-energy opportunities with leading international technologies, engineering expertise, investors, financial institutions and strategic partners. By combining deep local understanding with global capabilities, we aim to bridge the gap between promising opportunities and successful implementation.

As Managing Director, my commitment is to build EcoNexus on the foundations of integrity, excellence, accountability and commercial discipline. We aspire to earn the confidence of our clients and partners not only through what we promise, but through what we deliver.

The journey toward Net Zero will require vision, investment, innovation and collaboration. We see that journey not merely as a responsibility, but as an opportunity to create a cleaner, more secure and prosperous future.

Together, we can transform today’s energy challenges into tomorrow’s sustainable opportunities.
